Seems to me that some posters go around looking to get their feelings hurt so that they can display their self righteousness.Alice_Walker wrote: »What other kind of medication would be related to wheezy having a nasty side to them, being belligerent, making incomprehensible posts? It's quite clear that your post was meant in a derogatory sense, and that references to people "taking their medication" in such a context relate to mental health.
You're clearly an intelligent person, trying to brush it off by playing dumb does not suit. You made an error of judgment, better to learn from it than dig a large hole for yourself.0 -

I need to ask you something and I want you to be totally honest with me, it might be awkward with us after this but I have to know how you feel, I have kept this in for a long while and it's about time I was straight up and just confront you about it, I hope this doesn't ruin the relationship we already have, I just need to know and I can't see any other way to get over this, it just doesn't seem fair on me if I don't get an answer, I want you to tell me truthfully no matter what it is, I just want you honest opinion...do you know the muffin man?0 -

I used to but damned if I can remember which Frank Zappa album it was on.0 -

That is only the implication you are attributing to Sangie's sarcasm.
You should open your mind too - someone who is on medicine can have their mind affected which may result in an incoherent or unsympathetic forum post. But that medicine wouldn't necessarily have anything to do with their mental health. Lots of medicines can affect your mental state but be taken due to an entirely unrelated condition.0 -

I seem to have made an incredibly ambiguous post.:o0 -

You clearly haven't ever had morphine. Gas and air mix. Tramadol. All of which can and do affect comprehension and behaviour. That's just for starters. And not one of those is used for mental health conditions, as far as I am aware.
What is "quite clear" to you, is not quite clear to me, and since I wrote it, I think I know better than you exactly what I meant. If you want to feel insulted, then there is nothing I can do about that. I apologise for the fact that you are overly sensitive and read something that I did not say into what I wrote. Believe me, if I were questioning someone's mental state, I would be very clear I was doing that. The reason this is not very clear in what I wrote is because that is not what I was doing.
But congratulations for turning the thread into a travesty, making pointless and untrue allegations and creating a row about something that didn't happen. I cannot be held responsible for what you read into a sentence. Now, since the OP appears to be bored of not getting the answer they want, and nobody else has anything relevant to add and so are playing "which side are you on", I'm going to retire from this thread because you can't convince someone of something if they don't want to be - whether that is the OP or you. Frankly I have better things to do than spend the rest of my day arguing about a sentence that you misunderstood and read into it something that I did not say. And still haven't said.0 -

Really?Perhaps you meant "on" and not "in"?
So what EXACTLY did you mean by inferring that the OP was "on medicine"?
Please explain it.... how did you mean it to be interpreted?:hello:0 -
EVERYBODY

Seriously though, I forgot what this thread is about (without looking at the title), something to do with muffins?0
