The reasons why I am still there is not of any relevance. Your reply, although appreciated was a little ambiguous but I got the jist.
Seriously? I'm being "ambiguous"? What on earth do you expect from an entirely ambiguous post about nothing at all, that wonders around the place, but actually simply says "I put in a grievance, what if I lose"? For goodness sake, if you want a better answer, give us something to work with!0 -
It's very difficult to work out what you are talking about wheezy. Have you issued a grievance, is this the first stage of your complaint? What is the substance of your grievance?0

I got lost at ' It has been 6-7/52'. If you mean 6-7 weeks, then put it like that. Not everyone understands cryptic codes.Never Knowingly Understood.

Step 1, check in the policy about grievance what is the timescale for their response.
Step 2, wait for that timescale and try to distract yourself.
Step 3, when step 2 has passed and still not answer, remind them of the deadline and tell them that they have 48 hours to respond or you'll right to the top man of the company exposing the lack of professionalism of their HR department.0 -

If they have run the clock down then the grievance gets escalated to the next stage, I certainly wouldn't be showing my hand.Don’t be a can’t, be a can.0 -
I will lay bets that the policy contains the word "normally", or something similar, right next to that "deadline". In other words, it can take as long as it takes. If they have run the clock down then the grievance gets escalated to the next stage, I certainly wouldn't be showing my hand.0 -

The deadline has passed by 2/52. For the non cryptic code readers that means two weeks.0
