Sarnie is one of the most knowledgeable and helpful people on this forum, lets not chase her away with some bizarre witch hunt. Anyone getting upset by such a comment that could easily be taken many ways should step away from forums for a while.

Maybe also take some of your own advice:

"Good grief - you are so aggressive. Are you aware of how you come across? "
"You appear to be over reacting to simple comments."
"What exactly have you got against bread - you're not really explaining it. "

okay so the last one doesn't really fit but not often people stick up for bread

The OP wasn't particularly nasty or rude - just has an unusually long winded style of writing... why does that warrant a suggestion that he may be on medication?

Come on, it's disingenuous to say that Sangie didn't know how that comment could be interpreted.

For the record, I'm not upset by it - where have I said I was? I just felt the remark was unnecessary and said so - shrug - why has that upset you?

As to being a long-standing member - so what? Does that give anyone the right to suggest someone must be on meds because of their actions? Really?

Err And let's not forget judging all the human working race. I was pretty sickened by a couple of comments as to how he/she said they didn't believe everybody on here was as hard working in a thread based on frozen shoulder. Totally uncalled for. Who is who to judge. As I believe a certain now ppr'd poster was a big avocet of saying be careful what you post about yourself, sometimes your sang doesn't half slip up! Myself I absolutely couldn't give a monkeys if people have a crack who I am, but sang most certainly should in the professional position claimed!! I notice she is quite selective in what she quotes too.... Perhaps posters can have a request list of just who they don't want a reply from as way forward responding to the level of sarcasm from Sang huh.

There pretty much is that option - use the ignore button.

Up until now I have explained that I did not say or mean what SOME people have decided to interpret one sentence as saying. I have explained exactly what I did say. That has not stopped a level of extreme vitriol and abuse being aimed at me and continuing long after I stopped saying anything. Now I am being accused of something else that I didn't say - in fact from a thread where I was one of the few people defending an OP from attacks of being lazy because they couldn't work due to frozen shoulder! It appears that this site is less interested in the problems of posters than it is in using any and every opportunity to mob people who are actually trying to help and use their skills and experience for the support of others. And now, to be accused of unprofessionalism by someone who cannot ever string a comprehensible sentence toigether is the final straw.

Since you are so clever and so knowledgeable about employment, staycalm... and have never, ever, said anything that could be misiniterpreted - or in fact, understood, - you will have no problems in picking up the slack after poor little unprofessional, misunderstood, me takes my skills and experience and finds something better to do with my time. And the fact that not everyone is hardworking or innocent is, by the way, a fact. And one that it doesn't take long to learn.

I can see now why there is a string of very knowledgeable people who have abandoned this site. Thanks for trying to put this in some perspective Ozzuk, but really, once the mob has judged, there is no rational thought left. I have enough personal stuff on my plate. I would know all about the potential effects of medications since I am on two out of three of the ones I mentioned, I have a broken ankle, a frozen shoulder, severe arthritis - and in the three weeks since I was rushed into hospital (from where I continued to post advice) I have, on Saturday, been told that the then diagnosed osteonecrosis has deteriorated so significantly already that I need an urgent hip replacement within weeks. Contrary to the selfishness and unprofessionalism I am accused of, I have continued to work and to contribute to this site to help people.

Perhaps I would be better off going and spending my time on saving the avocet...
