Yeah! Finished August under budget at £241.89. Been away here and there in August but pretty pleased to have brought my total down even further. Going to stick to the same £250 in September and hoping to have way more NSDs. See you there!

Well done everyone coming in around or under target, and great fighting spirit for September from those going over their budgets. Keep trying and you will get there :D

I needed to keep a tight rein this month to put back some monies into bulk budget. So pleased to declare at £110.60/£200, which means £89.40 back into bulk fund, bringing that back up to £115.89 and also managed 21 NSDs. This also means an underspend for the YTD of £15.89 :j

Sorry never posted last Saturday was just under £70, but sticking to same £80 a week next month as loads of stuff ended up in freezer due to son fishing !!. Nearly the whole weeks evening meals.

Tomorrow won't need much or be tempted to much hopefully.

Right! Have done all the sums...
For the calendar month of August...
    A!di 103.80
Coooop 15.00 (mostly bread and milk)
    Eating out 33.38
    Total then is 141.18
    15nsd
So all in target range... Smug.
There are some other fairly big spends - not grocery though.

    Hi all

Sorry for disappearing towards the end of the challenge! I suddenly starting losing track and I estimate I ended up on £160/£100. So not good at all! However, a lot less than I have been spending I think. This month (September) I'm already a third into and have no idea where I am so I will be back in October with a renewed determination! Or I may do a partial month for the remainder of September, I'll see.

Anyway, thanks for all the support and encouragement here, love seeing how everyone is doing, and I'll be back soon!
