How did he get to the neighbours stones then?

How sure are you that he didn't do it? 50/50? 75/25?

couldn't really give it a number tbh i'm unsure, would and could my 4 year old throw stones without knowing any better and without me seeing, Yes, did he do that damage, i'm unsure, like i said the original main chip isn't fitting due to the size and nature, possible but improbable, the others, who knows for sure, like i said, i have doubts due to them trying to claim the big chip which i believe they already had and knew about

Not sure how many more times i can go round the roundabout, could he have threw the stones? Yes
Do i believe he caused the big chip on the first windscreen? No
could he have caused the others? Yes they are smaller dents in fitting but why would i be inclined to believe someone who i believe just tried it on?

Can you not take away your child's I Phone 6, I Pad Air/whatever, PS4 and Xbox 1 and sell them all to pay for the damage. That'll learn him !
he is 4, he owns none of these, i could maybe raise £20 if i sell his batman and spiderman dressup, that'll teach him that you'll get punished just in case it was you!!!

What about if there was a pre-existing chip and the stone your son threw hit it and made it bigger?

yes, also a possibility, i tend to rule on the side of probability rather than possibility

    Because you said.
he was just playing round the front while i jet washed the driveway, i didn't see him throwing stones, i was told by the person he was throwing stones

    Not rocket science is it?
