According to someone else.
I could say the OPs kid damaged my car too, am I allowed a hand out off him?0 -
morally i would pay up if it was beyond doubt, i've explained this earlier on, basically the first chip that has been shown to me i do not believe was caused by my son and i have been backed up by autoglass as being "very unlikely" and needing a "substantial velocity" which instantly puts doubt in my mind towards the entirety of the incident,GabbaGabbaHey wrote: »Whatever about where you stand legally, how about where you stand morally?

How can you be sure of that if you never saw throw the stones?0 -

Have you inspected and evidenced the damage?
The chip is easy to do and cheap to fix - get them to fix it through their insurance and re-imburse them. The new screen is a different matter, but you'd need to confirm with an expert if it can be repaired.0 -

How did he get to the neighbours stones then?
How sure are you that he didn't do it? 50/50? 75/25?0 -
