moneysaverz83 I'm not sure what to do here. Delayed over four hours from USA to London in November. Apparently extraordinary circumstances, but was due to late incoming aircraft.

Filled in norweigan claim in December, came back as extraordinary circumstances, no explanation. Wrote to Norwegian air at Norway office, no response.

Constructed an NBA letter 3 weeks ago and sent it via their online form and contact form, got a generic reply saying there's nothing they can do, again no explanation of extraordinary circumstances.

Scrolled through their site, could not find any other uk contact address.

Sent the NBA to Norwegian air international limited in Dublin, and to their Gatwick office. No response.

I wanted to avoid going down the no win no fee route.

Is this my only option now?

you have issued you NBA so now you can start court proceedings.
Although you do not want to use a NWNF, have you put the flight details into Bottonline and EU Claim to check that they agree that compensation is due?

Ye I already did that and obviously it's just a basic checker, it came back as due competition.

I haven't used Bott and co for 6 years. They take a percentage don't they?

Brief look through the thread shows how pathetic Norwegian are.

Anyone actually have a SPECIFIC email and physical address for this type of thing? So I can try ONCE more before Bott.

Check their for registered business address in the UK. Issue/serve papers there, unless it's a P.O. address.

Because Norwegian air are owned by Norwegian air international and they appear to be in Dublin and haven't responded to me. For heaven's sake I am sick of them!

Did you send your NBA to this address?
If not, then send another, give them 14 days, then start legal proceedings.#
As there is absolutely no contact information on the website, other than social media, you can assume that the registered business address with Companies House is where you can submit legal papers.
If they don't respond to that, that is their problem and you may get judgement by default.
