    Hi;
    booked accom. thru lowcostholidays and paid in full 4 days before they went bust using a Barclays debit card.
    Have contacted Barclays who are sending us a form but I don't think they are going to be very helpful.
    Has anyone else had any luck with them?

  • Received letter today from Aqua saying that they want to do a chargeback instead of using section 75. It sounds like a cop out from them. Help what do I do?

    Does anyone know how we can activate the discussion thread on the original article? I've sent an email to admin. If anyone is aware of any other way, please advise. There are many unresolved cases on the original thread and it would be useful to re-activate the discussion until these are resolved.

    I emailed them two days ago + commented on FB on Martin's page under the lowcostholiday video but no one has replied to me. It was literally the most useful thread. Maybe if everyone could start either emailing them or posting on fb asking for the comment section to be reopened.
  • I booked a holiday due to travel 27/7/16, after hearing low cost went bust I checked with monarch my flights were booked and paid for and they confirmed this for me in a Twitter message, I then went and re paid my hotel, only to monarch to now say I have no flights and I was given the wrong information..... Where do I stand and what do I do?!?!?!?

    send them a letter from the templates making a section 75 claim. They are entitled to try chargeback too
