Now we are sitting here, the currency has gone down 15%. Are we going to sell this at a loss in the UK? Most likely not. So someone has to pay for this [Brexit]. It is quite something.”

Yup, I was perfectly happy with a democratically elected European Parliament, a European Council consisting of democratically elected head of states and a European Commission filled with representatives dispatched by democratically elected governments.

Quite. But they voted for ideal world that does not exist but which they were told they could have, the idea that this included a recession was not explained to them. But that is , as you say, what they'll get.
