Precise Mortgages - how long from application to offer?

Have you tried phoning precise for an update they are usually really helpful x It is horrible the waiting x

My broker was off today but director contacted precise and valuation booked for Thursday..  the developers chased hell out the ma office sorta forced someone to get this sorted I feel can breathe again sooo stressful the waiting not hearing or knowing.. so hopefully get norgage offer by next week 🙏🙌😬

Just sat here thinking about the whole process and it's stop start all the way.. each stage you end up waiting for something else lol.. I cannot wait to just sign the last piece of paper then I can forget about these little waits... x

Good luck I only got 1 lot of questions but waited over a week to issue valuation think few errors was made.. valuation booked for today then hopefully offer by end of next week.. 😁

My MA has taken more than enough information from me in preparation for additional requirements from the UW but if they need more I guess I can supply it easy enough. It’s just kinda daunting being a first time buyer with less than perfect credit hoping things go well.

Yes agreed I'm in same place as you I put application in Thursday 24th June precise rang me directly mon 28th to say they just had few questions they sent my broker and was issuing valuation.. I've been waiting since then for valuation and heard nothing from precise..  so I'll keep you updated. My valuations booked for today. Goodluck

Mortgage offer paperwork here and sent back within 4 working days.  I guess that's me over and out..completion soon good luck everyone x

That’s quick. Mine went in yesterday morning so hopefully early next week I’ll hear something.
