So sorry to hear this news. I have had a few seiss grants and we were accepted. So seems odd this would be their reason
That's what the MA said, but they also said they'd call me today with our next option........I hope they don't call at this time

So they have instructed the valuation today and wait for it... a three week wait for a survey, 3 weeks!  We are not looking at completion at this rate before the end of July.  Everything is taking soooo long. I should be overjoyed but the whole process is just sooo frustrating ..tbf not precises fault.
How did you find out when valuation was booked in for? I've not heard anything about mine was issued mon?
  • Hi,

I am wondering if anyone can help.
My wife and I applied to Precise and received AIP. We submitted our application 2 weeks ago and had our first round of questions last Thursday and replied Friday. We were charged for valuation fee at the start of the application. Today, we received a refund of the valuation fee, does that mean we have been declined? We haven't had an update from them yet.

Unfortunately I think if you scroll back it tends to be how they work.  It would appear they refund valuation fee and then tell the applicant they have been declined. I'm so sorry if that's the case.  It is so upsetting.

It seems like we almost started this journey at the same time.  When will your build be complete.  We are hoping to complete ASAP but I think the people who are last in our 1 chain need to wait until August 2nd because of early redemption charges but we should know this week or early next when completion is likely to be.

We started 3 months back but my statements where a mess so advised to wait 3 months for clean statements by our ma.. our house was due to be complete aug but because of brexit they struggling with parts have now said could be end of Oct 🙈🙈 exchange date Is 6th aug.. was worried about searches but they did them in April we wasn't aware.. helped now though if honest and precise took 2 days to issue valuation.. its been quick since my statements.. precise have been brilliant 2 days underwriting is better than most banks. They litrally just asked for proof of residencey from me as was born in Germany but I'm British citizen as dad was in army.. and my partners child date of birth.. also to confirm dates on old addresses.. I'm still in shock over how easy this has been.
