Precise Mortgages - how long from application to offer?

Not yet, my MA said the underwriter is still reviewing the case and we will hear back next week. Although he did acknowledge that it's not positive since they refunded. Means they are considering declining the application. I'm still hopeful though

Fingers crossed I'm still waiting on valuation being booked 🤨 not heard no more so hoping they've everything they need but the valuation now..

I  was told by my MA that they are a bit behind. 6 working days to respond apparently. So fingers crossed they get in touch soon with you

They've been quick to be honest 2 days application. It's 3 days to view additional documents. My ma not been in contact so think he's been off if I'm honest.

Offer received.  That's valuation on Monday and offer today!  We are nearly there...wohoooo! Have a great weekend x

Still no news on my valuation no call or anything broker thinks the person who been given valuation could be on holiday or something... just pain in !!!!!! now going have extemd my help to buy.. grrrr thought was going be nice and easy... 5 days still no valuation booked is !!!!!! take.. 😡

They must be on holiday as they phoned to book my valuation the same day.   Maybe chance your arm and ring them direct x

Anyone heard I've still heard nothing.. asked broker to chase precise hes not got in contact either getting little stressed out if honest now.. feel like week of hearing nothing after positive start just getting annoying.. no ones getting back to me 😔
