Ahh that makes complete sense. Good to know as my situation is the same so I may have to quote you if they have an issue with it. I have a feeling I’ll be waiting until April 12th if they decide to offer.
All they want to know is your business is sustainable. My reasoning was if it wasn't for goverment closures my business can operate at normal capacity and does when open.  When open I am not affected . They want to know basically if they lend to you you can and will repay.
  • I had to wait till reopening in December to officially get my offer.. but they assured me everything else was fine and once I reopened I had to send then a few days trading to prove I was.. otherwise I'd of had my offer about a week after application

    Hi
I am hoping to fit the criteria for Precise and a few other lenders by the end of March. I’ve been reading on the forums about how long it seems to be taking to get an offer from adverse lenders. I’m going to try to get all the info together so its ready before we put the application in. I wondered if any of you who have put applications in with precise could please give me a list of documents/letters they asked for throughout the application? Also what kind of questions I should expect? I’m worried about spending (food..clothes and toys for the kids...takeaways etc🙈) Thank you ☺️
Wouldn't worry about takeaways lol I was cringing at how many times just eat appeared on our bank statements and they never mentioned it! Think as long it's affordable then your ok!
Oh glad i’m not the only one! Its affordable, no overdrafts or anything...I just like food 🙈 How many bank statements do we need to supply? Thank you☺️

Haha us too!! I'm positive we only did 3 months!
  • Mine was 4 as they requested an extra bank statement off me as we went into a new month. They didn’t ask for an extra one for my partner think it is because I’ve asked the mortgage payments to be DD from my account maybe, not sure.

Thank you, ive requested 12 months worth to be sent to me just incase 😂🙈
  • Little update! Our application officially got sent off Tuesday evening and our mortage advisor took payment for the valuation too because he said precise are moving very quickly at the minute with approving/denying applications. Hoping to hear something by the start of next week even if it's question or wanting more documents. At least the ball is rolling 🤞
  • Newbie here - well we had a mortgage offered last July by Precise then the seller lost his job and pulled out so we lost our 15% deposit mortgage as Precise then wanted 25% which we didnt have.
We learnt a lot from the experience and have now found another house and have a 25% deposit. Out full application was submitted on friday - fingers crossed!

I've just contacted my broker - application in on 12th Feb - few questions which have been answered and valuation last week. She says she would expect to hear today, checked online and nothing so if she doesn't get an update in the next little while she'll chase them. Very busy due to stamp duty holiday etc blah... How long have you been waiting?
