Precise Mortgages - how long from application to offer?

Is anyone else going through with precise whos self employed whose temporarily had to stop trading? I got my mortgage offer in December but they refused to release funds night before completion because boris announced lockdown.

I’m currently going through application with them. My income has dipped due to the virus. I’m still trading from home.

Have they revised your offer or using current figures? .. I have proof of ability to repay and now given a re opening date just wondering if they have any flexibility

We used my tax return but have a feeling they’ll want to go off current figures, waiting for my ma to let me know. Our dip already went down by £20,000 already.

Ye I had that.. lowered it by 30k .. just a nightmare

Was that after the mortgage was offered?

Before it was offered... after it was offered I exchanged contracts and day before completion they refused to release funds.

Sole. I think it makes it more difficult but they are definitely taking a harder stance with s.e
