I think Friday but our broker had taken all documents in preparation so I’m not sure whether they’ve asked to see them yet.0

To be honest we thought we’d escaped the questions with only asking for p60 however it appears it has gone for underwriting after the valuation and the questions have started! Hope everything goes ok for you. Our application went in on the 5th feb.0

Anyone heard anymore from precise?0

Sent response to questions and additional paperwork today I.e another bank statement they asked for and credit card statements. I believe it’s a 3 day wait now so thinking hear something later next week with More questions no doubt. How about you?0

Stick with it guys, I know the wait is agonising! Totally worth it though when you get the offer through! We completed today..... first night in our new home!0

@homeowner_wannabe that’s amazing news! Enjoy 🏡 I really hope it all works out for us too. I’m even returning back to work early from maternity leave for the mortgage. It’s the last available house and ticks all the boxes for us. I just don’t understand why instruct the valuation so early if it hasn’t been underwritten. There website states they only instruct valuation if they are happy with the paperwork so who knows 🤦♀️.
