Precise Mortgages - how long from application to offer?

Our application went in on the 1st feb. Credit check done. They came back on the 3rd with 3 questions, 2 out of 3 were for my partner who hasn't got the adverse! They asked for another bank statement from him as they don't get produced until the 7th of each month so they were sent on Monday and vaulation was completed on the 5th. Waiting to hear back from that but have been much quicker then we expected as I have read some horror stories! Hoping to hear back by Friday and then maybe next week with offer! We had our mortgage officer today. I never thought it was possible! 

Situation:
5x defaults between april-dec 2018 
Payday loan usage in 2017

Timeline:

Application submitted 01.02.21
3x questions asked 02.01.2021
Vaulation completed 05.01.21
Offer issued 12.01.2021

Omg so quick we submitted on the 5/1/21 paperwork and question in 1 week been waiting for the valuation which was done on the 10th. Still waiting ....

Put our full application in with precise yesterday. My income’s lowered due to covid and anxiety is through the roof!

Chin chin! Congratulations. Our valuation was done yesterday so fingers crossed we hear something later next week! Enjoy your new home 🏡.

Me and my partner are just in the process of starting our application for precise. My partner has a current mortage with Natwest and we explained the adverse and ccj on my credit and our natwest mortage advisor told us it would be fine. Well after 3 weeks, of what feels like wasted time we were told no! We have now found a broker who specialises in low credit scores ect and he thinks we should be able to get our mortage from precise! We got our mortage in principle but I know that doesn't guarantee they will give us one so I have all my fingers and toes crossed for the time being. I will update as we go along the process. Hopefully it's fairly quick 🤞 Has anyone else received an offer from them with adverse and ccj on their credit file? Thank you 😊

Hi @Philippa91 of course the devil is in the detail but I had 5x defaults and multiple pay day loan usage between 2-4 years ago and I have just got my mortgage offer through. Fingers crossed for you.

We are just in the process at the moment and awaiting a decision. I have some adverse credit in 2015/2016 some defaults and a CCJ all for small amounts. Everything has been fine since. 

This is our timeline so far:
29th January 2021. AIP received 

Friday 5th February 2021. Full mortgage application submitted. 

Tuesday 9th February 2021 valuation requested.   

10th February 2021 requested P60 from me and my partner. 

11th February 2021 valuation took place. 

Fingers crossed we hear something soon 🤞.

We had our offer this morning 🎉 some adverse 1 CCJ fully settled from 2016 and some 3 defaults fTom 2016. Nothing since. Application. On 5th jan and questions asked a week later. Then waiting on valuation which was done last Wednesday 10th. Hosp this helps
