Precise Mortgages - how long from application to offer?

Hello. Any help and reply will be much appreciated. Does anyone have an experience of gettung mortgage with precise recentlt? Anyone who applied with old help to buy scheme after 31st december with precise and got approved? Any help will be so kind as we are badly stuck.

Just wondering if anyone else is patiently and anxiously waiting on decision from precise mortgages?

@clairelou86  we are waiting ! We have been told mortgage approved subject to valuation which was today so now another week to wait!

Oh least I’m not the only one. Fingers crossed for you. Our application went in Friday and our valuation is booked for tomorrow. Literally wasn’t expecting it to happen so quick! We have been advised they have completed initial checks and are happy with paperwork so far. Just asked for P60’s. My anxiety is through the roof!

Fingers crossed for you all, I'm due to complete in 9 days so excited but remember anxiety from waiting!! Drives you insane!!

Fab news! I’m sure I’ve read your posts as I’ve gone through all the threads on here I’m sure!! I’m just expecting them come back asking for loads more stuff as that’s what people have said they do ( and MA prepared us for this). It’s the not knowing which is nail biting.

Yeah it's a mixed bag tbf I was asked for some further info which was annoying at the time but it all went through fairly quickly compared to some of the other posts. Got the mortgage offer through just under 4 weeks after application. MA confirmed it verbally just under a week after valuation was completed and had the paperwork through week and a half after valuation! Hopefully you should hear soon, good luck!

Hi all

Our application went in on the 1st feb. Credit check done. They came back on the 3rd with 3 questions, 2 out of 3 were for my partner who hasn't got the adverse! They asked for another bank statement from him as they don't get produced until the 7th of each month so they were sent on Monday and vaulation was completed on the 5th. Waiting to hear back from that but have been much quicker then we expected as I have read some horror stories! Hoping to hear back by Friday and then maybe next week with offer!
