Erm ... before you go on a rant, how about reading what was actually posted? IPC does not equal BPA, so if you emailed the BPA then they wouldn't give a monkeys what an IPC member company was doing.

Hi Doam..goly gosh..:T I wasn't going on a Rant as you put it..I e-mailed BPA to complain that DirectParkUK stated on their invoices that they were members of BPA but in fact they were not,,I think your find I stated that somewhere in my posts..the reply I had from BPA says that because ParkDirectUK are no longer members of BPA but members of IPC then they could still use that logo... very confusing I must say..Some details which are supplied in these forums regarding names of members of both these organisations are now incorrect..took me quite a while to find the correct person who is named as Esme Berry I think..I think both organisations are just a front to look like the parking firms are fit for purpose..Just like to repeat for all to see we have acted correctly and given all evidence required and to say we are the innocent party in all of this..Simple as that..the advice given by many on here is to let them carry on at their cost..come on,you don't honestly think I am going to hand over £160 for something we are not liable for?...Have a nice day..:T

So what has the BPA said to you if you feel you haven't wasted a stamp?

What has the DVLA said to you?

If you think I bat for the other side, you just need to check my post count and the 'Thanks' I've received. If there was any hint of complicity with the other side, I wouldn't have survived 5 minutes on here.

You also seem to have accused Guy's Dad of the same possible complicity. Two of the heavy lifters on this forum slighted by you, keep going and you'll have no one else to help, there aren't many of us left! You really are biting the hands of those who could feed you here.

OK fella - have your way, I'm out.

Gosh.thats really made me laugh..did you see what Guys Daddy wrote first..that was downright stupid..which after my reply to him it looks like he realised he went over the top and came back with a sensible reply..no way have I slighted anyone...sorry that you think that..Ok I think maybe I should ask the Moderator to delete the whole thread as its getting stupid now..thanks for reading..:A

there are no moderators on MSE, it tells you that in the forum rules

you can ask the MSE staff to delete it by emailing them , but they may refuse as its all in the public domain

however , they might close it

I have to agree with umkomaas that you seem to be alienating the very few regulars left that might help you

    good luck in your endeavours

Thought your motive on here was to get help ?

The site is free, the advice is free, nobody is siding with the vermin, it's the opposite but help can only be given if the OP goes with the flow and helps when questions are asked.

GuysDad is a long standing valuable member with wisdom, the same applies to Redx and Umkomaas and numerous others on here

If you don't want free help, you do not have to continue with this thread and it will die a natural death

Thanks for the reply beamer..I think I have told everyone the full story but I wish everyone would read the full story..if they did they could see it wasn't me that started all the funniness..I asked for help which I was grateful to receive..some advice was not for me to contact ParkDirectUK..it was my wife who contacted them..as I have always stated we have done everything correctly, if you remember rightly Beamer it was you that kindly said to keep this forum updated..which I have done..I have answered all the questions that have been asked of me..and appreciated all the advice given..perhaps someone could adjudicate on what has been said fully..if you want me to update you on any further news I get I will ...As far as I know I cant see any case on this forum similar to our case which I have always said is just straight forward..If you like I will send you all the documents to do with this case including the DVLA regarding ownership of the car involved..just let me know..many thanks..Bryan

I never bothered trying to read the "full story" , partly due to you not using the return key often enough to split the posts into paragraphs that I can read (mild dyslexia on my part) despite it being mentioned early on (wall of text in post #1) , plus in many of your replies , but not all of them so no consistency

Plus the regulars here like myself deal with dozens of threads PER DAY and dont retain the knowledge long enough about one persons case, plus you dont pay us enough either , lol ;)

the regulars here also get fed up with the hit and run merchants who dont help out on a forum , who only deal with their own case and dont use what they have learned to help all the others who need the help

just telling it the way I see it (note the use of the return key too , lol)

still hope you get it sorted but I wont be reading the "story" nor will I be contributing to your saga, only replying to tell you "the way it is"

    good luck

OK well may I suggest that you refrain from comments like "downright stupid" ..... this does not help your case one bit

Hi Redx Thanks for explaining that..

Just like to add that this particular thread was my first one I have posted on here
As yet I still havnt found my way around this forum
I update things every time something new happens
I havnt found anything on here that I am able give advice on
By me posting on here I thought as it was a different case to the norm I was contributing
something by reporting what we have experienced which might help someone who might come across the same one day.
One thing I have found out is when selling a car which is the first time we have done that,we could have notified the DVLA on line about the change of ownership instead of posting it, so that is useful if we ever sell one again.
    Thanks for the good wishes..
