I find the tesco H&B a bit difficult to master as to be honest the checkout assistants all have different views on taking vouchers so its a bit hit and miss.

Boots staff are much more user friendly :rotfl:

Sold a few more items on ebay some clothes and bits n bobs £ 14.65 after fees etc so doing quite well for first week I think

    Have a good day everyone

  • Well done Vicky, you're doing pretty well already.

I've only just started ebaying so have to wait a few more days for any results.
Thankfully I have stacks of bits and pieces to list so *fingers crossed* I'll hopefully get there in the end.

Thanks sallysavings - I hope you get some good results from you items listed on ebay - its a bit hiss and miss though because sometimes you can have a great few days and then the next few days can be soooo slowwwww

Good luck and dont despair you will get there in the end.

Would like to join as have loads of books to sell.

What would you all recommend, Amazon or Ebay for best profit after fees on books?
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

Welcome Louise good luck with your sales
I fidn that amazon is better 8 times out of 10 for selling books - but if you do a quick search on both ebay and amzon you will find out what sort of prices they are selling for. On Amazon you dont pay fees unless you sell the item. If you search for completed items on ebay you will see what the particular book has sold for in the past

best wishes and good luck with your earn what you spend challenge
