I'm really chuffed and have some stuff still on there and loads more to list so dead excited! It's all clothes I've been selling this time and I seem to do so much better with them than with anything else - v strange. But I'm not complaining.:D

I do still have loads more money to spend but I've decided I'm going to just add it on as i spend it - don't want to overface myself!

    well done sally and mini!

i never have any luck with clothes! ive just put them in the charity bag now or ill lose too much in listing fees!

  • Well done I know what you mean by being excited..it gives abit of a thrill when you sell some bits knowing that you're moving that much nearer to your target :) ....This challenge has really given me the kick up the a**** that I needed to declutter.
I never seem to have alot of luck with clothes either Jamtart. I'm hoping minis luck with clothes will rub off on me when I get rid of some of my daughters clothes.

I don't really have that many items that will fetch much now, but I'm thinking that most things will be reaching between 0.99 and £5. So I'm going to have to list lots and lots to get any money back. Mind you looking back at the amount of items I have listed this last 40 days it mounts up to 143, and some of the items only made 25p or didnt sell at all.
    Good luck to everyone with

Sally Savings - all the items I have listed and made profit on up to now have sold for an average of £3-£4 including postage if its any consolation.

I have 30 more items to list tomorrow night. We have had a huge sort out of the present cupboard and several things aren't suitable for anyone so we will be eBaying them.

My motto from now on however is "If you don't need it don't buy it" I have no idea how I got so much stuff I dont need!!

  • Do you think bundles of childrens clothes will sell better than individual pieces??

Well done everyone so far by the way!! :T

I'm going to have a real look for presents tonight. Estimate:

    Telly £250
    Phone £80
    Mum's Presents £100
    Friends Present £20
    Dads Presents £60 more

Hoping that they are maximum estimates though and hoping that a few codes and discounts can help reduce that.
