    Morning all

Dizzy - I agree, you need to go and get that toe checked out.
Kaz - I know what you mean about the weight. Nearly everything I lost just over a year ago is now back on.

Today I think I need to get stuck in with my accounts while doing the laundry. The house isn't that dirty but my work related list is not getting any shorter. I will have to do the sewing repairs as well later, but I'll wait until I can't do the accounts any more before I do those. So I'm going to delete the fly list from this post and concentrate on my lists instead.

    Personal:
W -remind DD to text Ex-fil Cut DD hair
T - DD at higher ed conference, 2.30 finish unless meeting friends
F - Make sure DD is sorted for Sat.
Sat - DD out all day

Laundry - throws, cloths x2, dog bed, blanket, clean cycle
    Av. book for D
Book dentists ( for last week of July)
Sort through charity pile (check for size 14 jeans)
Contact charity to collect stuff asap

    Sort budget for month.
Mr Al/A - forgot to get milk delivered :o- Asked DD to pop in on her way home instead ;)
Sewing repairs (dog toys x 3 and check others, DD's clothes x2, dog bed before its washed)

    Work:
    Clear work books
Email about invoice errors - dig through this FY invoices to get all the errors
    mas customer
Start doing invoice detailing on computer accounts record
Tax return / Tax credit renewal
Print calling sheet - Need to write new ones while doing accounts.

Right, HHC of the dailies, and throwing a wash load in, then I'll start my accounts

Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!

    Howdy,

Can't really do much here although my WM is plumbed in and I can use it later they said :T

Popped to get DS his probiotic thingy and had a look at bhs sale. Got DD some uniform bits for September. They don't need much but I think this afternoon I'll have a look what they have. DS will need new polos. I might be able to de-bobble his sweaters but I think they may have ink stains.

Both will need new shoes next month...

Bit tired today. Kitchen coming on great though, plinths going in now and upstand is done on breakfast bar - been looking at a couple of seats online which I might order :) and I have myself a little shopping list woohoo.

Transition day for us tomorrow so kiddies get to spend a day with their next teachers. DS current teacher is leaving (mass exodus) as he's going to teach in Tanzania!

I know what you mean about the weight kazw mine is shocking :( although given we haven't had much by way of facilities, I've not been eating too much crap this week. Have got a tuna salad bowl for lunch...

Been at the paid stuff all morning. I am shattered and have a banging head.

I finally stopped biting my tongue yesterday with ds2s nursery. After picking him up he was such a good boy, I praised him up and moved him up on his reward chart. Then nursery rang to say they should have caught me at the end of the day to tell me he bit another child's finger. Of course this is not acceptable but I wished I had known at the end of nursery and not after I had been praising him up. So undid all the good work!!
Then to be told 'he did it for no reason' was the final straw. It was not seen by an adult so surely ' he couldn't tell us why he did it' would have been much more appropriate. So out came all the things that I had bitten my tongue about. I now have to have a meeting next week with the supervisor. The only thing is she is one of the worst ones so I have requested the manager be in the meeting too. So got to write a list now of all the things that have been bugging me so I don't go blank in the meeting.
Top of the list is how they speak to the children, closely followed by lack of interaction. Then uninspiring room, no art work etc. I have told them there is no way little miss will be going there although still haven't found her a place anywhere yet!!! Goodness knows how they get good/ outstanding in ofsted!!!! Which is why I never take account of ofsted reports!!!!

Anyway here is an update of my list...

    Clear stairs
    Finish clearing spare room
    Vacuum floors on landing

    Tuesday twirling- Bathroom

    Clean floors in these rooms
Clean baths, toilets, don't forget the outside! and sinks
    HHI... a bit more gone!

School visit done... they thought Pixie was starting too and kept getting her and Dot mixed up.. I might just send them both clearly they won't notice!
We played 'pass the baby' so everyone had a cuddle.

Dot is now in bed snoring.. after getting up at 5am!!!

I got the cheque through from the solar panels.. £250 for 3 months... that will pay the electric bill for 2.5 months! So Twinkle and I are going to put that in bank shortly.. OH can go get Squeak and DD2 can watch the other 2.

I need to take my infected self to the quack.. can I have an appointment before I develop gangrene or sepsis please? .. No, of course not.. ring us back when you have died... thank you for being so helpful... What is it with these places???

Right after I'd finished the dailies, I had a fall and now I'm aching all over, more so due to the sudden jarring to my joints and in particular my back than anything. Glad I didn't bang my head as that would have really hurt. Getting up and down from the desk with different batches of invoices, and lugging boxes around really isn't appealing, so I started reading an article earlier while I had a coffee and took painkillers...I'm still sitting here at the computer after following links from that article to others that were about the same thing. This internet is a dangerous time sucker and I'm now due more painkillers :o

Anyway, going to go make tea (or at least the bolognese sauce for the lasagne, can't assemble them until DD gets home with the foil dishes), have a coffee and chat to DD when she gets in, then when we've had tea I'm going to go and have a hot bath with my book while DD continues watching her DVD box set. Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day and I can really get stuck in. :(

Pigpen Yuk to that. Can't you sit in the waiting room with a screaming baby until they let you in just to have some peace (i'm not being rude about your undoubtedly lovely baby - but it might prod them into action!). I thought of you at flower club last night as they were doing things with some lovely yarn.

One report finished. Another half done.
Been to tip, found cheap kindle cover in the R@nge - not exactly what I wanted but at £3.99 I'm not complaining. Decluttered a C0sta.
    Watered greenhouse.
Did a bit of kitchen tidying/washing up.
Continued list of 'to do' before we go away as it is creeping up on me i.e. tomorrow....

And don't talk about weight. I think MFP will hate me next week as I can predict lots of coffee/cake stops on our biking travels.

Pigpen probably a reason but your electricity sounds expensive, unless you dont have gas and thats all in? We pay £56 a month at the moment for gas and electricity combined. On a 3 bed house.
