    Good Afternoon ladies,

Thank you for your kindness

I didn't have to go to the hospital last night - he was very upset and aggressive so ended up being heavily sedated. I will visit later when DH gets home from work.

I stayed up late last night to put the kitchen to bed, and really pleased I did - its much nicer to come downstairs to a spotless kitchen. Two washloads done, trip to Mr A done, Next ordered collected and just about to eat lunch. Keeping busy to take my mind off everything.

    Happy birthday to Dancemum xx
Dizzy - you poor poppet, I really hope your toe is better soon. Your posts really made me :) yesterday so thank you xx
Awww Frizzle thanks rubbish :( thinking of you xx

Must register doggy at the vets this afternoon, and then I might allow myself an hour to sit down and watch tennis

    Happy birthday Dancemum.

Big hugs to those dealing with parental health issues; it is such a sad and difficult thing when you become the 'parent' in such situations. MIL is currently still visiting BIL which gives Mr N a break. We have checked her flat frequently, and no sign yet of either the appointment for her cataract op or her move to another flat.

I've been mainly trying to concentrate on reports today; was nearly distracted by gardening/going in to town to the tip and to get a cover for new kindle, but I've resisted. It is flower club this eve so I know my report-writing hours aren't going to be as long as they might be. Other than that I seem to be spending more time filling bird feeders than anything else - in all our years of encouraging birds into our garden, I've never seen so many babies which is great.

Gradually amassing a pile in the kitchen of food we want to take away with us next week, and mentally piling clothes (although as usual, can't carry a lot in a motor bike pannier).
    Remembered to cancel milk.
Remember...a layer of dust protects the wood beneath it.
