    Morning all
Busy again today and have an appt this afternoon. Plus dd2 may drop round with DGS. Think I'm in work now everyday till we break up which will be good.
Can I have some posi vibes for this afty please, I'm applying to get on a college course as a classroom assistant. I've been doing one to one maternity cover for the last year and have covered people when they are ill but haven't got the qualifications to actually apply for a job so it's been hinted I need to get a bit of paper to go with my experience. So I can officially apply for a job of my own other than playground supervisor.

Have a good day all, I'll catch up later.
Hugs good wishes posi vibes sticks and spoons where needed

Multiple positives winging your way, Mrs-mp. Another one to join the group of Flystudents next year :D

I have to go back to hospital for another dressing change today. My friend who called round yesterday is giving me a lift and then we plan to go somewhere for lunch :j

First this morning I need to wash my hair, which means going up to the bathroom where I can lean over the bath and use the shower head.
It will also give me an opportunity to sort the washing basket.
I must also write an email and make a phone call. My concentration is still awol.

(((Hugs))) spoons and sticks all round as needed x

Good luck Mrs MP - am sure they'll be glad to have you!

Going to pop to @ldi and bee n queue today (paint :))

Sent apologetic message to mum last night - no reply... Think I'm in the bad books...

Kiddies went in early today to get registered then straight off to new classes - both seemed quite excited about it.

Coffee then shops, for me! "See" you later!

    Morning all!!

Good luck mrs mp- sounds very exciting!
Bossy- loving hearing your kitchen updates!! Cheeky question- are you having splash backs instead of tiles. I really didn't want tiles on the wall but the company we are going with don't do anything else to go at the back of the oven and have suggested wooden splash backs to match the work tops which sound hideous!!!! They said tiles weould be what they recommend, but I want to think about other options because I hate cleaning tiles!!!

Just in from a coffee morning, making a quick picnic and going tomorrow local farm. So no flying until I get back at 4.30!!

I'm having coloured glass panels, frizzle if you google glass splashback lots of images come up. Apparently they cut the glass to shape (allowing for cooker hoods / sockets and so on) then it is tempered for safety and then they paint the back of it - he said he can mix any colour at all. Just wipe down with a bit of your favourite window cleaner :)

I have paint! I've dabbed a bit of white round the spotlight holes in the ceiling and I'm going to get changed and do the first coat. Wanted to get that bit done before the electrician comes back tomorrow...

Thanks all, dropping off application interview seemed to go ok, he said as the school are already willing to have bone it shouldn't be a problem at all, he suggested I do a refresher maths and English which scared me to death. The qualifications I have alough rather old are still acceptable so it would be a polish up. Hadn't realised how expensive the course would be especially as I'll be doing 12/15 hours a week volunteering in school to qualify so won't really have the opputinity to earn anything more than my lunchtime hours money.

Have just watered the garden as the pots and tubs were all a bit dry, I've got strawberries to harvest later and washing to hang out.

Better go and make a start on doing food I suppose

    Have good evening all.

    Ps
Your kitchen sounds gorgeous bossy, I've seen those glass splash back panels they look lovely.

Sorry for late arrival. Thanks for good wishes.

At end of last week, fearing a wedding that would appear to have been organised by the Chuckle Brothers I had a mini meltdown and my sister took over coordinating the little things.

She is turning up tonight with a car full of stuff and Amazon keep delivering stuff. We are getting there.

Last night DD1 took me, OH and DD2 to the local outlet shopping centre. In about an hour I chose a hat, shoes, cardigan and bag. And I am proud to say that the hat is an exact match for my dress.

Today I have had tests at the hospital. If all are ok I can have steroids to get me through the wedding. Fingers crossed.

Hope everyone is well. Pigpen you astound me. I do not know how you cope.
