Is it wrong that I'm excited to have washed up in my new sink, and run two small loads through my new washer? :rotfl:

Cooker hood expected tomorrow, plus, I guess, just the finishing touches. I'm loving the new kitchen, even in its unfinished state. Glass man has just been to measure for my splashback and I showed him my paint sample card - he said he will match any colour I want hooray so we're having "vintage chartreuse" whatever that means, anyway, it's a glorious limey green and will look rather spectacular against my white and marble :D

It will be about 2 weeks to temper and spray it. So hopefully I'll be all painted by then :T

Did you manage to change docs pigpen?

Pigpen probably a reason but your electricity sounds expensive, unless you dont have gas and thats all in? We pay £56 a month at the moment for gas and electricity combined. On a 3 bed house.

Mines a wee bit bigger .. mine are about £250 a month combined!

No, I filled out the forms to change the childrens and that was as far as I got.. I don't know if any other surgery will be any different.

Naffed off with the football. My adopted homeland team were doing rather well until just now. Oh well :footie: :(

Didn't get as much done as I'd have liked today but have managed to restock the present box, which was worrying me.

Hope you don't still hurt tomorrow nicki

Dog tired, so off to bed.

Morning all. Sorry I didn't post yesterday, I was out gardening before 7am and carried on until the paid stuff. Still loads to do.

This morning I am doing paperwork.

    Have a great day everyone.

Hope you are OK Nicki. And Pigpen you have got enough to cope with without having to beg for a flippin doctors appointment.

Glad things are going well with the kitchen Bossy.

Did I really go to bed and go to sleep last night? Feel so tired this morning but then it has been a mad week. Paid stuff no. 1 till lunchtime, then I have got roped in to help a local charity with something on their finances (agreed an hour), then paid stuff no. 2.

DS2 has got cricket practice tonight and I must make time to take the dog for a proper walk, poor thing has been home alone a lot this week. DH will be enlisted to help, he looked stunned last night when I said that he was making tea for himself and DS1 as I didnt want anything and DS2 was going out!

Have a good Thursday everyone x

Wondered where you were yesterday Jazee...Urgh, gardening *shudders*

I've GOT to do the ironing today and sort out the box of clean undies and socks. DH's drawers (pun intended) look a little empty (oops, that sounds very dodgy :silenced:)

    Anyway...must dash...
