Anger grows at The Boomers EU vandalism

If young people had been told that leaving meant:
- No automatic right to live travel and work in EU member countries- No right to study in EU universities- The probable end of the Erasmus grant which funds university exchanges and paid graduate internships- The probable end of English as the lingua franca of Europe, and therefore their only competitive advantage against multi lingual Europeans- The further erosion of labour laws which are their only chance of getting careers rather than a succession of zero hours contracts

and what is toxic toasties' attitude to unlimited immigration?0 -
My God ! I am fed up with being made to feel guilty about how I voted. It was not to kill off opportunities for young people. To was to secure them. I am not a baby boomer, I am not rich and it was not a xenophobic choice. Pure economics.
I do not want a central economy. I am multi culturally British and proud!
The shocker ? Both sides lied. No-one actually knows what will happen long term and the never ending bitterness of
both sides is doing nothing to stop the uncertainty in the markets. After all it is confidence in the markets which can affect us. Nothing like showing a united front ?
So not enough people who wanted to remain voted and now its everyone else's fault not theirs?
What next have another vote and then another until the get the vote that they wanted.
Mmm democracy in action. If at first you don't succeed belittle everyone until they bow down to your will.Happiness, Health and Wealth in that order please!:A0 -
Sorry forgot to mention did you know that the remain groups have predicted a plague of locust, rain for forty days and nights, the culling of all first born's and a zombie Apocalypse.
Ok no they have not but I am sure that they will use them as they seem to have used everything else!Happiness, Health and Wealth in that order please!:A0 -

Jeremy Hunt is standing for Conservative party leadership on a ticket of holding a 2nd referendum.
Interesting conundrum, on the one hand probably the most hated Tory out there at the moment, on the other hand the opportunity to overturn a democratic vote.
Choices, choices.
These not suggesting another in / out referendum but one to "approve" the deal that has been struck.
But anyway I don't agree it to be a good idea, approving the deal should be the job of Parliament. The deal will be a compromise between several different issues and a Referendum is apparently won or lost by a single issue voting mentality.Union, not Disunion
I have a Right Wing and a Left Wing.

I heard it was a plague of low-cost trains, 40 Dames and Knights to rescue the Labour party, the curing of several Bjorns on the NHS, and a fiery apocalypse of EU red-tape.
Something for everyone, really.0 -

Frankly, I don't know how you could have missed him. In the past, he was even advised by some on this forum quite kindly to go and see a psychiatrist in order to address his obsessive hatreds. He obviously hasn't. I would imagine this sort of bigotry and hatred has something to do with a person's past…:(0 -
As reported on another thread. Osborne has announced there will be higher taxes and cuts in public spending.
These cuts better be pensions, and other pensioner benefits.
Its time for the boomers to get exactly what they voted for.0 -
Not too sure how to make this into a picture (or even if it will be visible when pasted into a browser!), but:
