OK so now we are out of the EU ( or will be shortly)
What prepping will you do?
What should we do?
I'm trying to stay on track, with always having, extra pet & human food, stock of loo rolls. Bottled water. Candles, torches.
Cash hidden, money spread over more than bank.
Trying my best to buy British.

Why do we need to prep?
Mind you, news in one paper is how Cadbury's Magic Stars can't be sold outside of EU!

I have this nagging feeling that it ain't over till the fat lady sings... We've got at least two years to extricate, and UK won't officially act on article 50 until at least October. Things are going to get politically and socially messy/interesting pretty quickly.
In the meantine we're all still EU bound.0 -

My esteemed husband can be fussy in certain matters, to white, the sort of orange used in the breakfast marmalade.
I foresee a long swim, dragging back a raft of Seville oranges. That or building a tall thin greenhouse & trying to grow the trees under glass.
What I have not fathomed is whether to get a passport now, certain it will become incorrect before 10 years or to wait & get whatever replaces it. (And a return to the Big Blue might be rather nice, but I'd accept Fluorescent Orange if it helped me find the blighter.)0 -

The Passport Office have told one newspaper (can't remember which now) that it envisages all current passports to be valid. Passports are issued by the UK on behalf of the Crown and not by the EU. Once a passport is expired a replacement of the correct branding will be given.
Whether this accurately reflects the legal position or is a rebound answer I don't know, however it makes sense.0 -

I'm a remainer. But I don't think there's a snowball's chance in hell of another poll due to the referendum equivalent of buyer's remorse. That's the nature of democracy - you cast your vote and you live with the consequences. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0
