  • I having a bad day! I'm a week into Weight watchers and thought i'd cook family favourite tonight homemade pizza. Well I didn't want to be left out so I worked out all the points in my homemade pizza dough then left it to do its thing in the BM. I then using scales took exactly a quarter for me then divided that into 4 again to make 4 small pizzas. I then using the rest of the dough made a large one for the rest of the family.

Made a pizza sauce put that on all the pizzas then mozzarella on the large pizza. I bought especially for me half fat mozarella I weighed that then put it on all the small pizzas. Only when i'd finished i realized the mozarella was mouldy:eek: I only opened it today sell by date october.

Sorry if none of this makes sense just so annoyed i now have nothing for T and lunch tomorrow. I don't want to eat family one as too many points and first weigh in tonight. Thanks for letting me vent my anger!!

Eat your family pizza after weigh in - and start counting again in the morning.

I know it's not the ideal solution - but I've been on WW for ages and always have a little treat after weigh in as it's the furthest point from next weigh in if that makes sense!

Good luck for your weigh in tonight - and don't forget to call the supermarket you brought it from to complain!

  • Hi all, although i'm having a bad day i'd like to say Hi to all as this is the first time today i've posted on this thread.

My day however has just got better John Lewis have phoned to say my new dishwasher is coming on Friday - so excited!! I've not had a dishwasher before now i've got to decide what tablets to use. I was at costco the other day the finish powerbal ones were £15 for 170 is that good? That would last me 6 months.

Off to weigh in shortly at WW will let you know how I do. What is this weight loss thing with Frogga? I've noticed it on signatures.
    Bye for now!

Yeah!!!!!!!!!! :T :j DP just got a call saying he has to go to Didsbury for 2 days with work to meet new clients :D

I love him to bits (millions and trillions) but he doesn't half get under my feet when he works from home lol, all my routine seems to go out of the window. Plus i'll get the bed all to myself for 2 nights :D hehe!

Bad girl! must try to look like i'll miss him lol

SOO made me laugh! :rotfl: Actually I do understand! Last Wed OH worked at home, then spent almost ALL the weekend working in the chair in the office. Arrghh.

Redruby has the right idea - DO NOT come on the computer until you've done tasks. I had the bright idea of going through all the books I had listed for sale and re-organising in the idea I might do a big book sale this weekend as Farmers Market is on. Still stuck in front of computer. Mind you - did find a few books listed that I know we've sold!

Now trying to persuade myself that those books I bought for £3.50 can really be sold off for 50p as they'll probably not make any more. Sob - so hard to do. I might put that off a bit longer.

Guess what - didn't make it to the painting again!:o Did slip down the bottom 3 stairs and jolted everything even though I ended up standing up. Oh well.

(((hugs))) to those who've popped on feeling rough. Chicken noodle soup (darn, now hungry!)

computerwoman - are you sure you're not trying to OVERachieve? :) Sounds like you've done really well, much more than I can force myself to do even with a good raunchy cd on to keep me company! I hope you don't get any aches and pains tonight - I think my back would flair up if I did all that in one day
  • Got the one salsa done; got onion marmalade cooking, that will be a while, and got apricot chutney prepped for tomorrow. May chop the red onion marmalade tonight as well. I've got pear chutney, apple chutney and mincemeat to do. I have to get some ginger tho, went to Mr.t as a last resort and they didnt have any. May have to go to the market tomorrow afternoon and see.

Has anyone ever made their own preserved ginger??
