I have the 60% offer on tv also. Does anyone know if that includes HD? I have everything sport, movies, boxset and HD
It's 60% off whatever your current TV package is. The only thing it doesn't include is the Sky Sports HD add on which is £6 per month. As i've mentioned if you want to change your package before your 60% off discount starts, give Sky a call.0 -

If you add stuff to your package, won't that tie you in to another 12 month contract and therefore exclude you from negotiating 60% off?I enjoy a pint of beer each night for it's health benefits. The other pints are for my witty comebacks and flawless dance moves.0 -

You are tied into a new 12 month contract but it will be at 60% off for those 12 months.0 -

It could if you added something in a couple of months' time and not at the time of accepting the deal. 12 months (except in rare cases) is the 'fee' for having a discount.
People have found that taking a mid -term offer cancelled their current discount, so best to start the 12 months with the package you expect to require.0 -
Thank you that's a great help0 -

So at the time of 're-joining' ask for whatever extra stuff you want to add to your package to be included in the 60%?
I cancelled last week, but when I 're-join' (after I've been switched off) I'll probably want to add Cinema, especially if I can get 60% off that too.I enjoy a pint of beer each night for it's health benefits. The other pints are for my witty comebacks and flawless dance moves.0 -

You have to make Sky believe you are serious about cancellation to get the best deals. So, when haggling you have to be coy and refuse deals which don't meet your requirements in the hope that they'll come back with a better deal.0 -

I never have and hate all the typing, anyway. Also, though phone customer service is UK based, Sky do have some chat services abroad and those people tend to work on a script which they are unable to deviate from.0
