I have sky hd on 60% discount till next year.
Am currentky paying £15.20 for entertainment kids boxset + hd. Was calling up for sky sports.

They offered me this on live chat.

I can offer you the entertainment package with sports, HD & kids for £41 a month. If you'd like cinema it'd rise to £51 a month. Then in regards to SkyQ I can offer you the 1TB box for just £20 instead of £199+!

Was this any good or did i do right in refusing?

That is pretty awful compared to what I was offered...basically £21 for Kids. And I got the SkyQ box free

Just keep saying no, mention NowTV, Netflix, the offer will almost always get better

Check your bank accounts, having spoken and ordered with Love Digital on Thursday 9th, being the only company I have given my card details to recently. It is highly suspicious that 3 days later on Sunday 12th my card has been used fraudulently in London for 2 charges. I am definitely blaming Love Digital. Wouldn't recommend giving your details over phone to them after this.

or better still cancel, then let it switch off, and contact Love Digital ? :)

Thanks...I think I ordered with them on the very same day, this is very worrying!

How did you find about this, just from checking your statement? What kind of purchases were made? What have your bank said?

Wait though, did you give them card details or direct debit details?

@FionnMac - as I asked previously -have you actually had your £20 deal confirmed in writing ?? It seems so much better than anything else offered.
Certainly, ridiculously good deals have been "offered" by Sky in the past, but then reneged on because of an agent's mistake on the phone.

I took would get that in writing. It seems way too cheap. In fact I was amazed at the £27 deal I was offered - slightly more expensive because I think he added kids package to it.

Both bank and card details. As card was needed for their installation one off charge. I just watch my account everyday as standard practice. The person paid for their parking and train fares in London, specifically Bromley. Considering Love Digital TV is based in Croydon i suspect the employee was buying their commuting tickets! Unbelievable
