    Good morning

Up and raring to go! I'm quite looking forward to getting back into a routine and I do really love my job but it's been so lovely being at home.

Hopefully I should have a few NSD now after spending £13 yesterday at the supermarket.

Healthy eating going well and am tracking food and exercise in My Fitness Pal. No gym tonight as I'll stay behind a bit after work no doubt. Spinning class booked for tomorrow

    Enjoy your day folks

Paid £8.81 off my First Direct credit card as a survey came in.

Still no sign of a refund for the dress I bought before Christmas. They were/are a rubbish online company - it took them 14 days to deliver my dresses when it was supposed to be 3 days, when they arrived the quality was awful so I decided to keep one to wear for work around Christmas (it has Santa on it) and return the other. Sadly they came so late I'd already finished work.

It's £21.95 I'm waiting for. I shall start ranting again on Twitter if I don't get my money soon. I did send it recorded delivery. So annoying. These companies are quick enough to take our money but slow in refunding us back!

Rant over  and off to work now lol :rotfl:

How annoying re the refund Louby. A colleague was telling me about a dress she ordered through an online company who advertise heavily on FB and it was terrible quality. Wonder if its the same company?! x

  • Damn Louby that is frustrating.

I've been in a similair situation before and it was thanks to YNAB that I was able to pick up on the fact it hadn't been refunded. Beforehand I was just so lazy and never checked my account (because I was scared to see how little I had) but with YNAB making sure I dot the i's and cross the t's I was aware of it.

Not sure if you were previously as clumsy as I was with finances but I'd try to look at the positives.

Hit twitter and facebook, and don't forget you can leave a google review! If you have given them a fair amount of time to respond and they haven't then that's what i would do. You can still do it in a polite way - and talk about how disappointed you are as they have not lived up to your expectations.

    Ramble x

I had an email today saying the dress had been recieved back and my refund would appear in the next 3-5 days. I am so excited about this as it will mean my Barclaycard will be ZERO!

It is a company that advertisers on FB, the dresses look lovely on the model. They are rubbish. Will stick to Next, Wallis and M & S in future!

Small NSD - I have my nails done every 3 weeks at £25 a time. It's an expensive treat and I decided that my Christmas nails would be the last (for a while) so tonight I've just been to have the gel removed, £5! And the £25 a month will get thrown at my debt!

I bought some quite expensive nail hardener with a voucher I had so I'm determined to keep on top of them myself!

Friday tomorrow, it's been a long week.
  • Very MSE, go you! And a small win to put some cash toward the debt.

Can't wait for Friday either. Have you plans for the weekend? Any more NSD's?

Speky - 3 NSD so far. I'm feeling very positive so far. I'm just patiently waiting for my refund to go back onto my Barclaycard so I can finally clear it.

Paid another £5.19 off my second CC from a survey and a bit of rounding down.

No plans other than a food shop. We were going to go walking but my OH has pulled a muscle at work (he's working for a landscape gardener) so he needs to rest.
