How much do the Heinz tins work out at please in money each..??? I will buy some as kids and me eat these.
About 21.5p a tin, thereabouts
Just been to asda, the schwartz is on offer at 4 for £2.00 and the dove in 2 for £3.00. No SEL indicating the offer in either store I went in. Results around 3.00 for the schwartz and later for 4x dove.
I see the Heinz spaghetti confirmed. I dont need any but bought some for my neighbour.0 -

I wish it would, typical, school holidays.

The savings account is the one which lets you set up the DDs yourself rather than having to fill in forms to allow the recipient to do it. It's quick and easy. The interest late is almost non existing but it doesn't matter as you don't need to keep more than a few £s in there - it's only needed so you can use it for DDs.
Thanks TrulyMadly and tbw, I get it now, will open one first and then a Lloyds and then a nice little reward hopefully. x::T:T0 -

My neighbours will think am losing the plot altogether as it is now a ritual that after I have took all shopping into house I must go do a final check all around the car for things I have forgot to take in :rotfl::rotfl:
But on the bright side is that I still remember the stupid /silly things I forget eventually or reminded of......when I don't even realise that I am forgetting stuff ...then I will be in big trouble :rotfl::rotfl:
The joys of growing old disgracefully ...let the show begin
Perky, yesterday I was filling the watering can from the water butt and got distracted, came back out 3 hours later to find grass water logged and an empty butt:( Today I put a large pan of freshly picked broad beans on to boil (meant to be for a couple of minutes). promptly forgot about them so ended up with a smelly kitchen, a pan that might not be salvageable and and no beans!
I bought a timer to keep in the lounge last week so I could set it if I had anything on in the kitchen but I forgot to set it! So your not alone:rotfl:0 -
I am thankful for the rain westie...although it does tend to make the wombled receipts a little to wet to retrieve.....and that was my planned activity for the afternoon!!!
although where you are I think you've had a lovely summer...a little further south and it's not been as warm or indeed sunny as we might otherwise be used to.
Ah, yes does make wombling a little tricky. But I find walking in the rain (not horizontal rain) quite refreshing and calming
Yes, an excellent summer for me. Reading mrsmac10 morning posts and her reference to the dreary, dismal weather makes me appreciate it all the more.davemorton wrote: »Not as precious and rare as sunshine and warmth up here!!
Touche!
doesn't bloody like touch! oh I give in putting digit on the e!Something unexpected happened which made me smile and still continues to make me smile.
