ETA I thought for a moment this was a garden rose but it isn't. I bought someone a very nice potted rose from A for £2 last autumn...“All shall be well, and all shall be well and all manner of thing shall be well.”0 -
I know it pays to be nice in emails but sometimes that doesn t even get one anywhere so I may send them a stinging email. They need telling. If I don't get the points it won't be the end of the world.0

Yes supposed to have their concern team contacting me, more like couldn't careless lol. We shouldn't t have to do all this chasing though should we ? Maybe I won't bother with nectar anymore
I won't be running to S to do 8 shops for double pts and a 100pt (50p) bonus, that's a fact.“All shall be well, and all shall be well and all manner of thing shall be well.”0 -

Good morning all, the sun is out and rather bright
Talking about chasing people up, some stations disappeared off our virgin box before we argued with them to get the price down. I hadn't had chance to mention it to OH (we don't use the box much) so he didn't know when he phoned them. I tried asking about it on the forums, but the girl from Virgin that I was communicating with claimed it was because we had downgraded the TV, when I mentioned it was BEFORE that I heard nothing back, so now I have snaggled an email address off ceoemail website and emailed them. If I hear nothing from them I shall have to write to them snail mail, their customer service facilities are atroscious
Once we come to the end of this contract there is a good chance we will not need to keep the landline anymore, so we shall tell them where to stuff it. We have been with them from day one and we are now treated like dirt, so we will be moving. What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -
You may recall I bought Glitchy boxed Sheba last week. I am more excited than I should be to find a coupon inside for 50p off....the picture on the front of the coupon is of the small 50p ones. So potentially a free Sheba:T:T

These swipe and win bonus promotions are an exercise to get muggles to shop more in sainsbobs. The extra data they also collect from the nectar cards is sold on.
I refuse to be manipulated in this way
Instead, even when this promotion is not running I buy everything in £1 lots - the data then is not of much use and I get extra shopprize receipts“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0
