Just wanted to say a big 'thank you' :T to hampydoodums for this post late last year. I received my beoootiful, large cosmetic bag today with piccies of my holiday in Japan last year. Really nice quality and a lovely souvenir. Thrilled to bits with it. Many thanks once again!
Morning luvlies, been busy clearing down as we need to vacate this house in 8 weeks  still not found anything to rent yet whilst the renovations are being done, can see us ending up in a caravan at this rate :rotfl:
Many thanks miro for taking the trouble to find my old post and thank me, you're very welcome, glad you were pleased with it - they're great aren't they.
I'm four days behind with skimming so once I'm back from the gym this morning I'm treating myself to a couple of hours with my feet up - I think I deserve it after all the boxing up I've done this weekend:happylove Nanny to 2 Cherubs :happylove0 -
God morning everyone.
Sky is looking lovely and bright today.davemorton wrote: »As always, I would say Brugge. If you do end up going, let me know and I can suggest a lovely hotel, and places to visit.

Thankyou, we went to Brugge a year or so back, and loved it, will definitely return soon, but I think OH wants to try Venice, so if you know of any deals or hotel there, would be great.
You can still let me know the hotel though, as we will definitely go again. If you want to go somewhere less obvious what about Copenhagen or Stockholm or even Oslo? Copenhagen in particular is small and very easily manageable in 3 days, masses to do.
Also look at airbandb for accomadation.
There was a series called Rick Steins long weekend which might be on iplayer still but that will give you masses of ideas for weekend places with nice food, things to do, pottering about etc
Eldest child had exactly this problem - BF has a big birthday in Marchand its being over shadowed by the wedding so she has booked them a long weekend in early April in one of the above cities.
She used travel zoo as she has a works discount, found a deal through BA which worked out much cheaper than separately booking flights and hotel herself

The wise and wonderful Mr Berry Bear said that his Mammy could not go back to bed and that he will bark and pull at covers until she gets up. So I've had my breakfast and now going to feed him and Noela. Mr Berry Bear knows best

Morning...
I have an order to pick up this morning, I had a quick check yesterday and all I could see was 1 rtc at £3 in the rtc cage.
Ive had an email stating only 1 available and they've charged me £5...cheeky boogers!!0 -
Good Morning :wave:diluvsdiscounts wrote: »So they cost you 90p each and your selling them at £3.50 each at the car boot so a £2.40 profit on each £24 per 10.
So for £24 you have gone to asda bought them plus ten fillers, gone home waited two/three hours, printed apg. ..........rinse and repeat how ever many times you chose which presumably is a lot to make it worth while doing a car boot.
How much do they charge per car at a car boot these days?
There is also your petrol to consider to asda and back and to the car boot and then how many hours do you stand at a car boot for presumably at the weekend , is that when car boots are on?
Have you considered how much a job working 8 hours a day would pay you, unless of course you can only work 16 hours duevto benefits but then would a regular income from car boot sales not be taken into account?
It all seems like a lot of hard work to me for such a small return but hey small things amuse small minds and all that.......Oh by the way did you forget that you're banned from this thread :rotfl::D:beer::rotfl::D just saying
I was thinking this yesterday after he posted but I wouldn't have been able to word it quite like you :T0
