    essential Waitrose British Chicken Small 1.3kg £4
    on 3 for £10 and my pics AND £1 cb on gj

    so one of these works out at £1.53

    ill get with the 2 part boned chicken breast £4.50
    and frying beef £4.29

    so all 3 of above in the 3 for £10 - 80p - 90p - 86p - £1 = £6.44
    not forgetting the free coffee and paper.
