It's just the daily clues, no others to search for (also the daily clues can only be collected "on the day")

Sorry can I ask, is this the same as other of the Quidco comps you type in the site and get a pop up, this time earnest jones and groupon? I am not getting anything and I have cleared cookies.

If I open in Chrome it is still showing Santa Tracker but in IE it is showing Valentines comp

I don't know why but I can never get these to work on the first day. No boxes pop up & there's no section showing how many prize draw entries I have either. It happens every time they run a comp. I've tried refreshing & logging in & out but still nothing.

Hi cinders59 and lizd31, try this trick.

Close down all your browser windows. I'm going to suggest you use Chrome as I know it works for me in Chrome. Also double check there's not a chrome icon in the system tray (the little arrow pointing up by the icons by the clock) - if there is, right click and exit.

Launch Chrome and go directly to the Quidco homepage, type it in. https://www.quidco.com - which I'm sure you knew!

Next press and hold the CTRL button on your keyboard and tap the F5 button (on the very top row), and release CTRL.

Login now if you're not already logged in and press CTRL+F5 again, once logged in.

This should hopefully force a refresh of the page. Wait a few seconds and hopefully it'll work.

Yes you should get the bar showing across the bottom of any page and clicking "play now" opts you into the game then use the search bar to go to the correct pages

Visit their page using the search bar.

I have no problem with chrome, the banner appeared while I was on the site for something else (it can take a few seconds to show the banner, same goes for the pop ups when a clue is collected).

Not sure if this will work for you Liz but it was the same for me today. However, just out of curiosity to check the clues I clicked on the Finding Cupid banner at the bottom of the page and it asked me to accept the T&C. Did that and then after putting in the searches again I got the pop ups saying about now having entries into prize draw.
