I checked mine but the prizes for cashout cannot be seen even though I have 12000 points, they say it's because they have had too many invalid receipts from me.

Well all of mine have been valid, all in date and only my own receipts used, but SP just don't like them.

So I may just keep it ticking over with the daily bonus to see if anything improves.

But I think they'll be closing it down soon. It's gone from good to mediocre to bad.

My inbox is full of messages from them saying my receipts are old, blurred etc. They are all either same day or previous day. I'm getting so I'm nervous of putting long ones in and just use the short ones
It might be worth trying the shop you bought it from?

I would post on their FB page too, simply saying that you bought a kettle with a 2 year guarantee and asking why you are being denied your rights under the guarantee or some such.

This might be worth a look https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/consumer/somethings-gone-wrong-with-a-purchase/claim-using-a-warranty-or-guarantee/

Just thought, always best to butter them up before a complaint, something like you have always loved their products because they are normally so dependable, but this kettle has gone wrong under the guarantee and why are they refusing to sort it.

After you'very exhausted all other options then it is time to go ton the director of the company. I did this with my daughter's kettle after they had said it must have been submerged after the capacity measure on the side started leaking, new kettle was sent promptly. (Not MR).

I just knew you would be full of helpful advice xx

Oh that's amazing Tweets. I'd just assumed you attended a class as you have done so well:T

I hadn't realised there was a thread on here until you put the link up the other day. I will be following that too, but I need the discipline to keep me on track by attending the class. Good luck on your journey.

    Good Afternoon

I caught the bus to work after Poppy walkies I didn't think I could walk another mile and half to work . So was 30 mins early . Plodded along at work not feeling the best but carried on. Cake and custard was on the menu so I am afraid I enjoyed my dinner I had a bowl bananas and custard . Was glad when we had finished work. Mum will be ringing moaning in a bit so you know how she will leave me feeling.

spooky coincidence tweets...I've just come back from shopping and bought bananas to go with a tin of custard that has been languishing in the cupboard,....thats pudding for tonight sorted!

Having a bit of a leftover collection of stuff in the fridge thrown on home made pizzas for tea this evening...no 2 are ever the same, but we have to use this edam up some how.

Looking forward to footie and CBB tonight will watch match on laptop and CBB on tv :D Multi tasking ;)

tweets you are so right. I've known people and read about people saying how their dog always know when they are unwell :A. It goes to show how loyal our canine friends can be. However, I put this down to the fact they live indoors as part of the family, you know, not left outside alone all day.

Even serious illness such as some cancers, dogs can tell , bless 'em xx

Someone was asking this week whether they could still buying Edam and claim their money back.
The answer is 'No' but if you had made your purchase before 31 Dec 2016 you had 1 month in which to submit your receipt......

Unfortunately the promotion is now closed and new claims cannot be submitted.

Left over tea and left over toiletries :T. On that note have made a start on my toiletries, samples and testers. I've got a small table top drawer set, plastic thing. Anyway, I've been through 2 of the drawers and sorted them out. Put the face creams into a ice cream tub for this month and that's all I'm going to use.

Threw out 7 bits, three of these were Body Shop samples in small pots, they had gone off. Two eye creams dated 2011 and 2013 the other two have no label.

Off to a good start I think :D
