Please can I ask a question, one I never thought I would have to ask but here goes ...

If someone has taken a speed awareness course - I seem to think it was February 2014 - can they take another speed aware course ?
Or does it depend on other factors like who is the local authority and what the offense was and how long between the offenses etc?

How long does the notice stay on your car insurance records and does it make a big difference if you have 2 even if they are years apart?

Last time he took the course so he did not get the 3 points but even so it made a massive difference to his car insurance premiums when it came to renewal time.

They are having a really carp time at the mo, the next posting came through and its not good, this additional pressure has come at a bad time but even so ....

I've just got to go now and ruin someones week :(

    GOOD MORNING ALL...

So glad you enjoyed the farmers market HG

I rarely have anything to add to the thread....but that doesnt stop me spouting off when I feel the need....and at times its been my lifeline to the outside world.

At some point everyone is new to the elite....it just takes a few posts to establish you....and you are warmly welcomed...but be warned we are a nosey lot who like to chat too...we share good times, bad times and glitchy times...sometimes thats on the thread and sometimes its just easier to pass things via pm's....if you need some information just ask...if someone knows the answer they will reply...sometimes that's on the open forum and sometimes thats via a pm...no big deal as I see it.
No idea whats going on at greggs...but I'm happy to be ignorant on that one.

RL is challenging me this week...I'm fine but things need attending to.....

oh dear mhoc, 20 somethings, what did we bring into this world. I can guess what he's done but sorry I don't have an answer for you. Someone on here must know, or failing that you could post on the Motoring forum. Good luck xx

    Good morning Elite :hello:

Dreary, grey, cold, damp. I won't go on about it, I think you catch my drift.

I had a Chinese takeaway last night and ate far too much  I'm feeling yuk as I'm still full. It was a House Special Fried Rice, a place fairly new to us but the portions are massive with huge prawns and big chunks of meat. I'll definitely have one from there again but only eat half :o

I've got some lists to do but first need to check my emails. I'm seriously thinking about a new laptop but not decided what I want, typical :rotfl:

Hugs to the poorlies and those feeling low, hope today is better than yesterday xx

See you all later when I've done, bye for now xx

I found you just have to let them get on with it.

But the day will come when they present you with an idea as if they've just discovered it. The fact that you probably advised them of it some years ago, is by this time long forgotten. :)

No idea about the course, sorry. Hope things improve for them soon.
