I think things are done with the best intention but can snowball. i would hate anyone to feel that they are being left out:o
I don't think there is a pm culture at all. That would be the threads downfall. I think there are 2 instances of something happening recently to which you are referring. But if you look back, it has happened previously on many occasion in the past.
My PM's regarding the Nectar promotion contained no information that couldn't be found on the thread and started as a simple "legs up" to a couple of posters. Nothing more. With hindsight I should have just posted but it seemed easier at the time to copy and paste. I'm sorry if anyone has felt "left out":o
I'm unsure how sensitive Braveheart info is but I know for sure that his intentions are well founded and he is someone with a generous spirit.
I hope you will keep posting LittleOwl ......it happens quite often that people post only a few times and disappear....hope you will stick around:)
" Legs up " TM:eek: pure filth
Good Morning all on this foggy day0 -
Mornin All
Thanks Braveheart
The reason for PMing a 'glitch' is not to keep it hidden from newbies and only for regulars, but once a GLITCH is on a forum it will get seen and stopped by the retailer (HotUkDealers are delighted to share which is great but it's the death sentence for a glitch). In theory a Glitch finder is doing a massive favour by letting anyone else know (even by PM) and they could keep it for themselves in the hope it never gets stopped. The end is nigh0 -
Good morning all, a bit of a grey day here. Think I am going to have to cover up my bonfire fodder before the winds later in the week because I wont be able to burn it off today, it is way too wetHi everyone. Think this is a fantastic thread and have wanted to join in for some time but it can be quite daunting taking that first step when it is such a well established group. One thing I have noticed of late is there appears to be a PM culture developing on the thread, such as with the recent nectar/virgin trains offer and now a greggs 'glitch'. I think the thread could be in danger of coming across as cliquey to outsiders if this becomes the norm which would be a shame as it may put newbies off joining in at all. I do mean well by this and hope my comments are received in the spirit they are intended.
Hi LittleOwl, welcome to the Hotel California. Please do not go back into lurkdom.
The glitches are discussed in private because we know that the stores have people looking on here (and other places) to see if any glitches are happening, therefore if the glitches are not mentioned in the open then they will not be stopped early (in theory anyway).

Thanks to the OP for the direct link to the one day TCB offer 2 days ago. I couldn't see it when I logged into my account, but got it when I used your link. I'm having an afternoon tea for two on my birthday in March (That could read like I'm eating for two.....but I will take hubby with me....if he's good!)The end is nigh0

this inaccuracy is because most fuel tanks are now flat as opposed to being upright.
with all that in mind i have dove 6 miles on zero. i went to tesco at 6.05 am and kiosk was closed when it was supposed to be manned. so drove to work and back to tesco on 0.
I couldn't do that. I panic when I get to 30. At 15, I'm :eek::eek::eek::eek:0 -

No, that's just delaying the inevitable...:D
I work Thurs/Fri/Sat/Sun at present, but not always full days unfortunately
But on the plus side, for now, that means Mondays are Saturdays, Tuesdays are Sundays, and Wednesdays are definitely humphreys.“All shall be well, and all shall be well and all manner of thing shall be well.”0
