  • Hi everyone. Think this is a fantastic thread and have wanted to join in for some time but it can be quite daunting taking that first step when it is such a well established group. One thing I have noticed of late is there appears to be a PM culture developing on the thread, such as with the recent nectar/virgin trains offer and now a greggs 'glitch'. I think the thread could be in danger of coming across as cliquey to outsiders if this becomes the norm which would be a shame as it may put newbies off joining in at all. I do mean well by this and hope my comments are received in the spirit they are intended.

Or it could encourage newbies to join, as it has done with your good self. ;)

the Elite thread is open to all walks of life and this includes persons who represent the HQ of various companies - basically they are on a spying mission.
This is why you might find certain stores are usually mispelt or have nicknames. Most glitches are very short lived, often over within hours. The second that a store knows that an item is mis - scanning then it is removed from sale. So sometimes to prolong a glitch a bit longer so more people can enjoy it, we have to resort to pms
It may seem cliquey but it depends on your point of view.
As with most things in life the more you contribute in whatever shape or form, the more you gain and the newbies that pitch in, hit the ground running soon get the hang of things
But its not only about shopping, the Elite is also about the general madness of life and a lot of support is offered via pms ...

No, the bath and toilet are in a separate room which opens into an open bit with the sink area in the photo at one side and the kitchenette at the other. The bedroom is then beyond that.

Oh wow . just went on to kitty bingo to use the £2.20 I did not cash in and won another £15.20 :j I have never done these sites before .:)

    Well done!

It is great to win/get your deposit back and the cashback bonus, but please all, be careful not to get sucked in. It seems so simple to play and when you win may be tempted to deposit more. It doesn't take much for people to get hooked.

The secret with these deals is to only do them if you can afford to lose your deposit even if the cashback does not pay out and if you have control. Only deposit the amount required to trigger the cashback, only play what is required (minimum wager return) to meet the offer requirements, then withdraw and walk away.

I lost my £10 deposit :o so hopefully TCB will payout and I will still make a profit.

With the nectar point promotion, if you do not have a sainsburys with a petrol station anywhere nearby, is it work taking part or do people have any other ideas. I only have a small one nearby and I find prices are very expensive so would never spend £10 on food.

Remember, even if it is expensive, you are still getting the equivalent of a minimum 10p (over infact) off a litre.
edit: sorry, I think I read your post wrong, I origionally thought you meant it was a small sainsburgs and the petrol there was expensive.

Thank you, what I meant was there is no petrol station near me.
