Okay so that's good, we just need a muller glitch now :D

So as you seem to know a bit is it really just a case of sticking to free and super free with occasional syns? What happens if you have a syn free day ? :)

It's actually easy to go syn free if you are in the right frame of mind and have options on hand (other than chocolate :o)

I do a lot of SW freezer friendly batch cooking and keep the fridge topped up with guilt free picky things. Eg i did a ham joint today that'll do us for a few days and egg muffins are good to make and keep in the fridge (they are allegedly freezer friendly but they taste rotten after thawing)

Mugshots are handy to have on stand by too

Bulk out your mullers with fruit to feel fuller (eg chop a banana through your toffee muller)

Thanks tweets I will have a look on top one :) is it okay to eat two muller lights in one day or is that bad ? I understand more than I did a few days ago so that's a start, I need to get more info on healthy A and healthy B

I have before now not done me any harm .

Start on page one got some interesting things like our Elite first posts.

Its healthy A's and B's I get confused with I use my milk on A and normally bread on B .
