HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE
Just surfaced 10 minutes ago and urghhhh, I want to go back to sleep:o
I missed the game last night, was awake at midnight busy on my phone texting the boys and their girlfriends, my ds2s estranged, no dumped wife and a friend. By the time I'd dome that lot Robbie was back on and I was cuddling one if the dogs, he does not like fireworks.
So, here we are in 2017. I wonder what the year will hold for us all this year? Me personally would like to see a happy healthy year. For the Country as a whole I'd like to see strength, to stand up for its people, and not be afraid to say 'No'.
1pm lunch today, decided not to have another turkey as usual but got leg of lamb instead, still having all the trimmings, and Christmas pud and a trifle for after.
Now where are the Christmas crackers? Table almost setThere's no place like home
Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.
Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.0 -
I'm loving your positivity cjj:T
I've got off to a good start. Well I haven't ate any chocolate yet:rotfl::rotfl:
I kept the table set last night and we ate breakfast there this morning....it was like being in a hotel:rotfl:
Rain has stopped cycling for MrTM so the pair of us are going to prepare food this morning for next week.
Tub of pasta, potato salad and tub of salad rice for carbs
Guacomole ( I have loads of 5p avocados to use up) for snacking with crackers.
Eggs to boil, Edam to cut up, chicken to cook for protein.
If we fail to plan, we plan to fail:)
I'm excited and 100% motivated.:)To do is to be. Rousseau

Please can the first glitch of 2017 be this morning as we are out for lunch @1.30:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
And if it could be toilet rolls that would be perfect, or something more interesting0 -
Never thought I would try to be part of a night shift!
Hope you enjoyed the nightshift.... xdavemorton wrote: »Proper hardcorebraveheart60uk wrote: »Sunday Express (£1.40) – Free 300ml Tropicana orange at “One Stop”
Sunday Star (90p) 20% off 2017 holidays at Flamingoland, hopefully a generic code that will be posted by someone.
We used to take the kids to Flamingoland for a week, we'd stay at the camp site..... if you go right to the back of the site it is lovely just like being in the country (without the hoards of people) but you have access to good showers etc, early entrance to the park/zoo, late entrance to the zoo, and wonderful places to visit when the park is full (or use their swimming pool). In those days the costs were 1 days entrance fee, and comparable costs of a camp site.100 -
Good morning
Wishing you all a healthy and happy 2017
Am feeling completely rough, now I know why I don't drink :eek:One cannot change the past, but one can ruin the present by worrying over the future.0 -
