Good morning everyone. Happy New Year!

Thanks for the screenwash! I got some though forgot TCB/QC.

I was in T yesterday and found Thorntons mint collection for £1.50. Got a few and very useful they have been too. Gave one as a gift yesterday and they are fantastic. I also found the Kit Kat tins for something over £1, I think, and bought two. Will get more if they are reduced further as the tin is lovely. Chocolate reindeer 25p and the scan as you shop zapper kept telling me it was a deal but I bought four and no extra cash off. Used the last of my U&G and Hipp vouchers and was very glad I'd not caught up here as SA, after some consultation, put them all through. They gave me £1 multi-buy off and something like £2.78 BG.

I'm sorry to see the last of the U&G vouchers!

Best glitch of 2016? The Udis, without a doubt, and all those lovely expensive electric toothbrushes I 'bought' from A! (That was 2016?!)

  • Happy new year to all.

I am looking for a sim free smartphone for around £100, but not the G4 Play (that can be bought from John Lewis/ArgosAmazon for £99).

Any help or advice would be appreciated.

Only need the phone to check Facebook, hotmail, mse and surf the net (lightly).

Thank you and have a great year, hopefully glitches aplenty to come.

    If that's the case it's not a massive take up.....half of that'll be us:rotfl:

Some may have only bought a small piece

Some people (like Anon) may even forget to claim:o:D

Wonder if it was a worthwhile promotion for them

You are very welcome. Mine was in the 400s a few days before Christmas so there have been 200 or so more since then :D.

I decided to risk another yesterday. I suppose we're all a bit suspicious of this because it's a large amount and a badly constructed website with all that confusion about the dates on it. But I've done so well with MOCs recently, I decided to risk it.

If it melts well, as they say, it'll change my attitude to Edam, especially as it is very low in lactose.

    Happy New Year!

Been up since 7am with a mug of Chai (My hangover cure!).

Not great at resolutions........ Joined the 2016 decluttering thread last year, and was doing really well, then momentum was lost after about 3 months!

I like the idea of something positive, rather than giving something up. May be to aim to do a random act of kindness everyday?

DH seems to be ....to have cereal, sometimes instead of toast. ( Jet set life we lead!).

On the subject of our jet set life. We have booked a cruise! It's our Silver wedding Anniversary this year, and wanted to do something special, so have booked a cruise around Japan! :j

    Better get eBaying now!
