Morning all - rubbish collection day and got a fright as skated on a huge slug and nearly lost my footing :eek: where have they all come from, some of them are huge. Yuk!

Glad your mouth is a little less painful Emerald - still not nice knowing that you still need further treatment to get rid of it completely. My Dentist reckons that the possibility of growing your own teeth back will be very real within 5 years and drills as we know them will be defunct. So hopefully when your dentist says " this is not going to hurt" it won't

I did the same thing last month, lost my CC card somewhere crossing the carpark but I realised as soon as I got home and rang and cancelled it - they also had to cancel OHs but he says it was not a problem because he only uses his when I give him permission :rotfl:

The new cards are such a beautiful soft shimmering silver colour - I have no idea why but I get great joy out of just looking at it :j

I am so glad you feel excited about DS being excited about uni - it really is a joyful time of their lives, I think of it like opening the door of the cage and letting your little fledglings fly free.

My three all have really have the travel bug, I cant believe any of them stayed home as long as they did.

Which reminds me I have to find out who is the patron saint of travellers and to start muttering some prayers to him/her today as all three of mine are on the road. Eldest child has been sent up to York today from London for work meeting, Errant son has been sent up from kent to London for the day to do some indoor wall climbing and eldest son will be making his way back tonight in the midst of the traffic all the way from Swindon to deepest darkest Cheshire to see GF
