I'm just waiting for the spuddies to finish cooking and we are having half a roast pig! lol.. I need to get a chocolate loaf in the breadmaker for pack ups tomorrow too.. Just have an hour to wait for loaf number 2 to finish than I'll put it in. I'm trying the children on wraps tomorrow.. should be fun.. I am almost up for trying spring rolls with some bits in... but I dont think they would eat them they are too 'unbland' They like the same things all the time!

I have some cheapy tesco value chocolate I will chop into big chucks to put in choc-loaf as well.. and maybe sneak in a few flaked almonds... I do like those!!

Must defrost the puff pastry in the freezer and make a bacon and egg pie at some point too.. I have more eggs than a chicken farm!! the bacon and cheese rolls went down well (used a mixture of chopped bacon and cheese and made sausage roll type things!)

Wonder if I have time to make hobnobs as well tonight?? We shall see!.. if not I'll do it tomorrow.

  • Tidied up, stew and a lemon cake in the oven, more washing up to do.. haven't got as much done as I wanted 'cos.. my beeping stressed out brother has been using me as a London A-Z via mobile and google and shouting in a patient manner at me when I said next right and they ended up in cul-de-sacs not on the map and I don't know why I bother.. phew rant over, I'll arrive on the new thread with a smile. Thank you for letting me blow some steam.
