just checking in to say goodnight. i had a blast through my wedding list before i went out and booked the DJ and left messages for make-up lady and transport man. amazing how quick it is when you just do it. i end up putting off calls for ages!
lost 2.5 lb so am really pleased about that.just shows if i stick to it it does work! met a friend for a drink tonight too which was nice. i have a headache now, though so am off to bed to finish HP - was too tired to finish it last night!
tomorrow i have to do the first out of the three pieces of writing for the commission i got last week. have blanked the whole day out so i am planning to do that plus wedding stuff plus flying. i have a meeting in the evening though
sleep well allMum to gorgeous baby boy born Sept 2010:j0 -

Can you tell me how long have you all been flying for and what time can I realisticly go to bed in an evening?

Ive been doing it for about 2 - 3 months now. Start with baby steps Level 1 and poss 2 as initially everything takes longer due to the dreaded grime build up. Eventually most jobs especially the kitchen ones become so easy that they dont take more than the time it takes to boil the kettle and we all like our cuppas. I was off work but back again now so doing less tasks per day in the hope that I can keep house looking unembarrassing and still have a decent amount of sleepy time! :shhh: night nightMortgage, we're getting there with the end in sight £6587 07/23, otherwise free of the debt thanks to MSE help!0 -
today my list off crossed off jobs include
Kitchen top to bottom inc microwave( roof as well)
dining rm dusted hooverd windows still free from cat snot.then hoovered again after kids cleaned out hamsters.
WM x lost count
BM x3
weetabix cakes x3
Kida ate too much of casserole it was suposed to stretch for 2 meals but not enough for another meal for 6:mad:
guinea pigs cleaned out
our bed stripped, washed, dried and remade as was lovely sunny/windy day
i have NOT done 30 mins ironing but did spend the whole of eastenders sorting out our huge sock basket.didn't think so many shades of white/grey/black existed.
oh last thing before i go to bed(in my lovely clean sheets:p ) I drove the car today for the first time in almost 9 wks.my arm felt week and bit sore but was good to get back behind the wheel.Lead us not into temptation...
just tell us where it is and we'll find it....0 -

Morning all,
I'm afraid that I didn't do much yesterday, just a bit of washing and s and s'ing.
Good news though - baby's gaining weight again!!! Not much, just 3 1/2 ounces this week, but it's more than it has been, so I'll take it as a good sign. I'm so relieved, I was really starting to worry about her, but now we have a comeback the likes of which can only be found i Rocky movies. Good girl!
Today, I'm off to see one of my gal pals, but will try to come back and do some house work. Ah, I remember the halcion days of my pregnancy when my house was always fresh and clean, you could eat your dinner off the floor and the mysterious smell had disappeared from the hallway. The smell's back and now the only one's eating their dinner off the floor are the ants!

Maralum.. breastfed babies are only supposed to gain about 3oz a week and anything above 1.5oz is normal and acceptable.. those stupid charts they use are for bottlefed babies and mean nothing to a breastfed baby.. but the so-called professionals are too dim to accept that. A breastfed baby should double it's birth weight by 3-4 months. There are charts you can download which are for breastfed babies
http://www.kellymom.com/babyconcerns/growth/growthcharts.html
there you go.. plot her weight on there see how she is doing!!
Oh.. and it doesn't matter if they drop a couple of centiles from their birth one so long as they follow a line they are fine.. ALL mine were born on the 75th, bar one who was off the chart he was so big (for 32 weeks!!) and dropped completely off the charts and is now on growth hormone replacement, he is currently just below the 50th. The others are on the 25th apart from no 8 who is on the 75thLB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -
Morning all - my hands are still sore although the redness has gone down alot. Trouble is the joint with my index finger on my right handis swollen due to the blisters and I keep bashing them. Two nights broken sleep, I can't bath or wash my hair as it hurts to get water anywhere near my hands and I've had enough! I want them to go away so it's a case of not doing anything today either. I'm going to see if resting them helps as my left hand is "healing" faster than my right  Looks like a nice day to go for an extra long walk & maybe pop to a friends - but then her baby will probably want cuddles & stuff and I KNOW that will hurt so long walks it is. I'll put the washing out once DD is at school then I can swear when it hurts as that makes me feel better
:rotfl: Off to try and do her hair, laters
