Sorry can't help, but you'll probably get a better response if you post over in the Telephones Board.0

e2save & CPW are about the best for cashback.
Dont touch Mobile Outlet with a bargepole. As previously stated this is well documented on the phone boardA bargain is something you don't need at a price you can't resist.0 -
As someone who has over 30 contracts, and makes money from cashback deals i would say
Carphone warehouse is the best - You get 60 days from the date of your bill to send your claim in, and you dont lose out on future claims if you miss one. However generally their deals are not the most competetive
Next i would say is e2save and other companies that are owned by carphone warehouse. Also phones4u is ok.
I personally dont use other companies. There are some great deals out there with companies which in my opinion could go bust any day. Atleast with phones4u and carphone warehouse you know they are big companies with reputations to uphold. Also they have physical stores where u can go if you get into problems.0 -
Mobile outlet (also called phoneboxdirect) is the worst - stay clear.
E2save is ok.0 -
I had all payments for a year from coolnewmobile but got messed around when ordered mew phone- (non delivery etc- delays so cancelled the phone).
Hope this helps.Bart is mooning the Banks!

I've got two contracts with CW and 1 with e2save which I change every 12 months. Had a couple of problems with cheques not arriving and had to spend quite a lot of time chasing but generally OKFrom experience which company is the least riskiest for paying out staged cashback payments.Awaiting a new sig0 -
Another vote for carphone warehouse. no forms to fill or anything, just send a copy of your bill to a particular adress. They text you to let you know when its arrived with them and again when the cheque is being sent out. another thing is to barter when going for your new contract with them. I did and got £150 cashback on a £20 a month 12 month contract.0

I was always under the impression that cpw was dodgy with paying out on cashback, or has the service improved?0

i have use onestopphoneshop a couple of times (with quidco) and had absolutely no probs getting cashback, even continue with later payments if u miss one.0
