Can I join the I Love Lidl thread?
I have to agree with everyone about the ice creams. Have you tried the chocolate one? It's really really chocolatey with lots of choc chips in.
Could you do with a Money Makeover?

We do like our Aldi biscuits, especially the Choco Leibniz knock-off which taste exactly the same for half the price.
Lidl do them, too. Different pictures on, but taste & price the same.

another Lidl winner - their frozen Tuna - at around £1.60 for two steaks.
I cook it in a little olive oil with peppers, onions and garlic and it's absolutely fab. Better even than M & S at £4.99.

Hang on a second... the recipe I've got for batter is 4 tbsps plain flour, milk, water and an egg...
So the only thing that could be in that batter mix is some flour and some milk powder...?
Or does it have a secret ingredient that makes it the best batter mix in the world?Hi, I'm a Board Guide on the Old Style and the Consumer Rights boards which means I'm a volunteer to help the boards run smoothly and can move and merge posts there. I do agree that the Tuna is really nice.
I don't really have one that close any more that is easy to get to.
I spent £5 on 4 frozen tuna steaks on saturday in Tescos
Mind you this was at 7am as I could not sleep so thought I would do some shopping. And Lidls would not have been open. Shame though.
