Eligble calculator can't find me

I've already purchase credit card so i'm interested only in money transfer credit card (0%) and LLoyds bank does not provide it.0

I think the problem is in eligble calculator tool because i can't enter adress manually.
I've just been playing with the eligibility checker and it does allow you to enter the address manually.
Go to the checker https://creditcards.moneysavingexpert.com/?money-transfers&_ga=1.45394020.1700133485.1463375433
when you get to the address part, click on 'find address' before you put any details in
it will say 'no matches' and above that box on the right, it says 'enter address manually'.

I've tried various types of address but can't find me anywayDamn address. And i think this problem gonna affect some of future credit requests.

blooming flats - they are a nuisance with things like this.
the only other thing you can try is the individual provider and see if they have an eligibility checker on their own website, so it only does a soft search. I had a quick search and it seems MBNA do but Virgin don't.
