Eligble calculator can't find me

Hello guys we've moved to new flat in Mar 15 and next day I registered for Electorall roll at new address. Experian, Equifax shows that I'm on Electorall Roll at current address but for some reason eligible calculator can't find me until now. How often Credit bureau updates theirs information? Is it normal? Thank you

Are you using the same format for your flat address as is shown on your CR? People in flats have more problems, as it shows 'flat 1' '50 house st' instead of '50 house st' 'flat 1' etc......you see what I'm saying though. The smallest changes to the format, make a big difference.

As a side note, how chunky is your CR? Do you have lots of other things reporting to it ie bank accounts, mortgage, credit cards, utilities etc etc

It could be that it's just too thin with data and therefore it's not picking you up.

It may be worth signing up to Noddle and Clearscore first to see if they can find you. They will have your CR and it's free.

Compare the two and see if there is any differences. Even the slightest difference.

Equifax, Experian shows that I'm on Electorall roll. Noddle still shows that I'm not, but I have raised dispute and 15days left until report updates (monthly updates).

Clear score shows that I'm on Electorall roll as well.

Are your address formats the same on all 3 CRs?

    Maybe give them a call?

It might be easier, as you can tak through issues rather than listing them out in an email.

Equifax, Experian using good one. (same)

Noddle using wrong one, because after flat number they're using comma which causing problem.

    Address at noddle:
    12, Building Name
    Street

    Correct address is:
    12 Building Name,
    Street

I've already raised dispute on this. I think they gonna change it to correct one.

I think the problem is in eligble calculator tool because i can't enter adress manually. And when i fill everything it return adress like this:
    12
    Building Name
    Street

    But should be like this:
    12 Building Name
    Street

    Any ideas? Thank you

At least the problem has been established.

Unfortunately, the eligibility checker is not going to work for you, for at least the foreseeable future, until the address formatting changes on it.

Depending on what product you were checking on ie credit card or loan would depend what your next move is.

Have you asked your bank if you are eligible?

If it's for a CC then some of the different providers have their own eligibility checker on their website, that may be worth a try.
