next time when you do the butter icing add afew drops of vanilla essence, makes it taste better. but the cake looks good, well done
I use this frosting recipe (it came from Sue on this board)In the cafe we serve this with a rich topping "Make your own by beating 75g softened butter and 125g full-fat soft cheese with 200g sifted icing sugar and a dash of vanilla extract' Sue used it on a banana loaf but it's good on lots of things. (Sorry my formatting has gone funny)0 -
